The lotto programs were greatly upgraded to incorporate all 5 (or 6) subgroups that a lotto 5/6 combination can be broken into: Singles (named Ones), pairings, triples, quadruples, quintets, and the sextet. The software is no longer offered as standalone or freeware, but as components of the Bright 5, 6 integrated packages.

BreakDownNumbers.exe lotto tool software.
BreakDownNumbers.exe takes one or more lines consisting of numbers and breaks down each line into smaller number-groups: from 1-number groups to groups of 7 numbers per combination (line).
The integers in the original lines must be in text format, the numbers being separated by spaces or commas; 1, 2, 3,... or 1 2 3...
Each number-group will be sorted in ascending order (per line); the duplicate groups will be stripped; i.e. the groups will be unique.

UTIL-5.EXE; UTIL-6.EXE; UTIL-7.EXE. These are statistical software analysis utilities for the lotto-5, lotto-6 and lotto-7 games.

Keep those programs only for documentary purposes. Those 16-bit programs are outdated (there are also some bugs in there). The 16-bit lottery software applications have been superseded by the 32-bit software packages. You should always use the latest lotto software versions.

Util332.exe handles the pick-3 lottery game.
Util432.exe works with the pick-4 lottery game.
Util-H32.exe handles horseracing trifectas a la pick-3 lottery.
* Util532.exe applies to the lotto-5 (drawing 5 winning lotto numbers).
* Util632.exe crunches the lotto-6 (drawing 6 winning lotto numbers).
Util732.exe crunches the lotto 7 (drawing 7 winning lotto numbers).
UtilPB.exe handles the Powerball/Mega Millions/Thunderball type of lotto games (drawing 5 winning regular numbers plus one Powerball number).

You need to download also the batch file COPIER.BAT as it is required by functions to create .BAK files of the original data files.

Older INI files might create some errors. It is recommended to delete the Pick?.INI files before running the utilities for the first time, or IF errors occur. Incorrect formats of the data files create also errors. Run PARSEL.EXE from time to time.

WHEEL632.EXE; SUPER632.EXE; Strategy632.EXE. The three lottery software programs were components of the licensed LotWon632. WHEEL632.EXE is the 32-bit high-powered combination generator running under DOS 7+ (under Win 95/98/NT4+). They are now part of PICK632.EXE = FREEWARE! FileLines.EXE lottery, lotto software writes to disk the lines of specified indexes in a file, usually a strategy file created by STRAT*.EXE. This represents one situation when working with LotWon and also MDIEditor & Lotto. For example: You created the WS files in the DOS LotWon. You also generated the statistical reports in MDIEditor & Lotto. You then created the strategy file for the stats in MDIEditor & Lotto. You can't have one strategy file across the two platforms. The best and most comprehensible 'lotto wheeler' - an application to substitute theoretical system numbers by a user's lotto picks.
The program takes a source wheel file with theoretical numbers: '1,2,3,4,5,6' etc. The program does not accept lottery wheels in a format such as '33,17,23,29,44,45'. Only theoretical abbreviated lotto systems are acceptable ('1,2,3,4,5,6' '1,3,5,8,9,10' etc.)

The user types her/his picks - the lotto/Powerball or Mega Millions numbers to play. The picks replace the numbers in the original lotto system file. Finally, the software saves the new lotto combinations to a destination file. LottoWheeler.EXE works with any text file, with up to 100 numbers per combination and thousands of lotto combinations (lines).

FillWheel.EXE.

The program takes a source lotto wheel file with theoretical lotto numbers: '1,2,3,4,5,6' etc. The only field delimiters accepted by the program are commas and blank spaces. The programme does not accept wheels in a format such as '33,17,23,29,44,45'. Only theoretical abbreviated lotto systems are acceptable ('1,2,3,4,5,6' '1,3,5,8,9,10' etc.)
The user types her/his picks. The picks replace the numbers in the original system file. Finally, the program saves the new combinations to a destination file. The program also parses the source file to make sure it is in the correct format. The wheels come from many sources, especially from books. Typos are a way of life. FillWheel.EXE works with any text file, with up to 100 numbers per combination and thousands of combinations (lines). The program does not come with any wheels.
The Powerball/Mega Millions/Euromillions wheels are treated specifically. If the player selects N regular numbers and the same N numbers as Powerballs, then the regular lotto wheeling can be applied. But if the player makes a clear distinction between the regular numbers and the Powerballs, then the Powerball option must be selected.

DatePick3.exe. Lottery software that simulates EXACTLY dates and pick-3 combinations. Inspired by the New York draw 9-1-1 on September 11, 2002.
DatePick3.EXE has two functions: generate dates in one column; generate pick-3 combinations in the second column. The dates follow the US format: 'month/day'. The dates start at 101 (January 1) and end at 1231 (December 31). The program does not consider the leap years. The program runs continuously in cycles of 365 days, until the user stops the execution (pressing X or the function key F10). The date-combination lines are saved to disk. The output file can be very large. The file looks like:

…
1231 345

The second function opens the output file and records all occurrences when the date and the pick-3 combination are equal. Thus, only the 911-on-September-11-type of occurrences are counted.
I ran DatePick3.EXE many times. The program generated and checked millions of pick 3 combinations and dates. There are occurrences of date-equal-to-the-combination. The probability of such patterns is not 1/1000; it is closer to 1/1216. The difference is caused by the dates that can be expressed only as 4-digit numbers. 365/273 * 1000 = 1337 to 1.

DatePick4.exe. A computer program that simulates EXACTLY dates and pick-4 combinations. Inspired by the New York Lottery drawing 9-1-1 on September 11, 2002.

SUMS.EXE lottery, lotto software calculates and/or generates the combinations that add-up to a certain sum-total. It handles: pick-3, pick-4, lotto-5, lotto-6, lotto-7, PowerBall '5+1', Euromillions '5+2', Quinto 5-digit lottery. The program has a fast option: only calculates the amount of combinations that add-up to a sum-total. In addition, the program can generate the combinations and save them to file. The file naming is smarter; it uses the game type and the sum-total.
The program has another nice feature. It can take a lottery data file and add-up each draw. The user can see the streaks of the sum-totals. Be sure to save the sum file under a different name in order to preserve the original data file!
Finally, the application calculates meaningful statistics for a lotto/lottery data file: sum-totals, root sum (Fadic addition), average, standard deviation, average deviation from mean average, average of deltas. At the end of the report, SUMS.EXE calculates the medians of the above statistical parameters.

CheckHits.exe checks the past performance of playing the last N draws as lotto wheels. The application takes two primary parameters:
1) how many past draws to simulate playing;
2) check all possible draws in a history file.
The UK 6/49 lotto has 737 draws on my PC. Let's suppose I played the last 57 draws. The program can check a maximum range of 737 – 57 = 680 past draws. If I play the last 40 draws, than the maximum analysis range is 737 – 40 = 697 past draws.
Both cases show better results than random expectation. of course, the financial show is far superior to a 163-combination lotto wheel. The 40-draw case is, however, clearly better than the 57-draw play.

UTIL332.exe is the ultimate pick-3 lottery utility software on steroids. The most important feature is "Make/break/position". That utility is not present in the 16-bit version of UTIL-3.EXE (comes with LOTWON3 freeware). The "Make/break/position" function creates the "BEST3", "MOST3" and "LEAST3" like the LOTWON532/632 licensed packages. The BEST3 file represents an enhanced "wonder grid" for the pick-3 lottery. The "Make/break/position" function also generates combinations "by positional ranges". The positional ranges are stored in 3-line text files. Line 1 contains only the digits you want in the 1st position of the pick-3 combinations; line 2 contains only the digits you want in the 2nd position; line 3 contains only the digits you want in the 3rd position.

The file above will generate exactly 3x4x2=24 pick-3 lottery combinations, such as 4,2,0 or 8,5,6. of course, if you have a file with the 10 digits (from 0 to 9) in each line, all 1000 pick-3 combinations will be generated. You can download this sample file: RANGE3.10 with all 10 digits in each line. You can edit RANGE3.10 and keep only the digits you want to appear in each position. Save the file as RANGE3, since it is the default input.
Select the positional ranges with the help of the statistical function in UTIL332.exe. The report (FREQ3) shows the frequency and skips by position as well.

WHEEL-5.EXE; WHEEL-6.EXE; WHEELS.EXE. These are combination-generating lottery, lotto software for the lotto-5 and lotto-6 games. They generate so-called "wheels" or abbreviated lotto systems.
Highly recommended to use the newer LOTTO-6.EXE instead of WHEEL-6.EXE or WHEElS.EXE. See file description.

SHUF-5.EXE; SHUF-6.EXE. These are combination-generating programs for the lotto-5 and lotto-6 games. All the numbers in the lotto game are shuffled. That is, all the numbers are played. For example, a 6/48 lotto numbers are divided randomly in 8 combinations of 6 numbers each. The groups are shuffled again, and again, and again... The programs are not compressed (zipped) and you can run them directly.
PURGE-5.EXE; PURGE-6.EXE; PURGE-7.EXE. Instead of generating combinations, these utilities PURGE output files. For example, you can purge WHEEL49.36 based on the W6 reports for your D6 file. Purging means eliminating combinations based on filters. The programs are not compressed (zipped) and you can run them directly.

PARSEL.exe is the first lottery, lotto software that corrects most errors in lottery draw files. It handles pick-3, pick-4, lotto-4, lotto-5, lotto-6, lotto-7, Powerball, Mega Millions, Big Game, Euromillions, and horse racing. The program makes sure that the lottery draws files comply with the LotWon requirements. For example, a lotto 6/49 data file must have exactly 6 unique numbers per line; every number must be in the range 1 to 49; the file must not have any blank lines. The program does not change the data files; rather, it creates a log file listing all erroneous lines and the specific problems.
One type of problem cannot be trapped by the software: typos within the correct range. For example, the user typed 13 when the 'real' number was 23. Only an attentive human can correct that!

SORTING.EXE lottery, lotto software sorts the combinations in ascending order. It handles lotto-4, lotto-5, lotto-6, lotto-7, PowerBall '5+1' and Euromillions '5+2', Quinto 5-digit lottery.
The improved version formats also the pick-3, pick-4 and horse racing (trifectas) data files.
The application can catch some errors in your data files: empty lines or too few entries per line (e.g. 5 or 4 numbers per draw, instead of EXACTLY 6 for lotto-6). The program will backup the original data files before sorting them.

SKIPS.exe lottery, lotto software generates two skipping reports on pick-3, pick-4, lotto-5, lotto-6, lotto–7, Powerball/Mega Millions, and Euromillions. A draw like:
'13 16 23 28 31 32' shows a string of skips like:
3 6 1 4 7 8 | 20 18 1 18 8 8. Meaning:
number 13 was also drawn 3 draws back; 20 draws back in 1st position;
number 16 was also drawn 6 draws back; 18 draws back in 2nd position;
number 23 was also drawn 1 draw back; 1 draw back in 3rd position, etc.
The draw file must be sorted in ascending order first!
The second report shows the skips of every lotto-6/lotto-5 number, 'regardless of position' and 'position by position'.

ODDSCALC.EXE probability theory software.
The program calculates all the odds in lotto games, including Powerball/Mega Millions, Euromillions and Keno, following the official method used by the lottery commissions.
The user should be informed that some lotto cases are impossible (such as EXACTLY '1 of 6' or '0 of 6' in 6/9 or 6/10 "lotto" games). Try to think about it exactly...as EXACTLY '1 in 6'! ODDSCALC.EXE version 4.11 (July 24, 2002) will display the message '0 of 6 probability = 0 (impossible)!' The program will no longer abort and display the message 'Error 11: division by zero'. Negative numbers and 0 will be dealt with accordingly! No user's errors are possible now.

Combinations.exe combinatorics software.
Combinations.EXE: Software to generate combinations of any 'N taken M at a time' in 'steps' from 1 to C(N,M). The program looks at all the combinations in the set, in lexicographical order. For example, in a 10/6 game, there are 210 combinations, C(10,6); if step=90, then only the combinations index #1, #91 and #181 will be generated. The generation always starts at index #1. The default step is 1: no skipping; i.e. all the combinations in the set will be generated. The program also covers the Powerball-type of games (sets of numbers where the last number can be equal to any of the preceding numbers); Euromillions too.

BELLOTTO.EXE. The program generates lottery and lotto combinations within the bell (Gauss) curve, 20 around the median. The median is calculated automatically by the Fundamental Formula of Gambling. Shuffle.EXE. This is a general-purpose "shuffling" lottery, lotto, gambling software: lottery random generation and text files scrambling. The program applies three methods of randomization or shuffling.

UPDOWN.EXE, lottery software, text file reverser. The lottery, lotto software that reverses the order in ASCII files: The bottom of the file becomes the top of a new file.
Useful application in arranging the lottery data files in the order required by LotWon software. Nasty lottery sites publish lottery histories in unnatural order: The most recent drawing goes to the bottom, instead of the TOP. As a Lotwonista, you always start with the most recent draw, and go all the way down to the oldest drawing (bottom of file).

This is a unique wheel for PowerBall: 14 regular numbers and 14 powerballs. You can use it also as a standard lotto wheel: '14 numbers, 4 of 6' guarantee'. If you successfully pick 6 winners among the 14, in 10 tries, you can expect at least 10 '4 of 6' hits. Better still, use the 'Powerball' option of FillWheel.EXE to wheel this abbreviated system.
