Lotto Number Frequency for Pennsylvania lotto 5 39.

The following are real-life reports for Pennsylvania Lottery Cash 5 game (lotto '5 of 39'). The reports show the influence of the parpaluck in the appearance of the lotto numbers based on frequency. The parpaluck is the range of analysis to determine the statistical frequency of the lotto numbers. The term 'parpaluck' was introduced simply to…simplify! It's easier to use one word instead of 'range or span of statistical analysis'.

The parpaluck is to be calculated in conjunction with 'Ion Saliu's Paradox of N Trials'. If the probability of an event is expressed as '1 in N', therefore 1/N, then the amount of the elements drawn can be calculated by the Fundamental Formula of Gambling (FFG). If we conduct N trials, then the old school told you that the probability of the event became 1 (certainty). NOT! The probability is clearly lower than 1. The paradox determines that such probability (called degree of certainty) tends to {1 – (1/e)}, where e is the base of the natural logarithm ~ 2.718281828…

The lotto 5/39 calculates the probability as '1 in 39/5', approximately '1 in 8' or 1/8. We can select parpalucks as multiples of the denominator (N=8 in this case). It appears that parpalucks equal to N*2 or N*3 perform better than other parpalucks. The indicator is in 'Total combinations' generated by various compositions of the lotto frequency groups.

Five reports were generated for the following parpalucks: 8, 16, 24, 39 (total numbers in the lotto-5 game), and 78.

: : Statistical Frequency Reports for Pennsylvania 5/39 Lotto. The Most Frequent, Average Frequency, Least Frequent (Cold Lotto Numbers). I take as an example a lotto 5/39 game. We divide the lotto numbers in three frequency categories as follows: Group 1, the most frequent: 1/8 (12.5%) of all numbers = 6 lotto numbers; Group 2: 37.5% of all numbers = 18 lotto numbers; Group 3, the least frequent: 50% of all numbers = 25 lotto numbers. You start with the least frequent lottery number group: 50%. Round up to the next largest integer: 20. Use the combination formula to calculate the number of lotto combinations in each group. You can choose randomly from all those lotto combinations, or purge the output file. Another point is the parpaluck (The range of analysis). That means that 99.99% of the lotto 5/39 numbers will come out in 78 drawings. Calculating the number of lotto combinations should be the easiest part. I said previously "to apply the lottery combination formula". MDIEditor And Lotto WE calculates the number of lotto combinations as C(39, 5). Menu, Lotto, Lottery Odds; type, for example 18, then 5; or 20, 3. The program will display total number of combinations for those two parameters. It will also generate lottery combinations for that format. The best distribution for pick3 or pick-4 should be: 2-3-5. I received help from members of my new lotto-lottery-gambling message board. They calculated total lotto and lottery combinations for various frequency cases. I compiled the calculations in tables. They cover pick-3 and pick-4 lotteries, lotto 5/39 and 649 lotto games. I trusted programming people would cooperate. I offered the source code of two programs of mine. There were at least 10,000 downloads (as of this writing). Actually, I trained out of any computer programming school. I only care to program my things only (math, gambling, lottery). Tackium also has programming skills.
