PICK432 - Integrated Pick-4 Digit (Daily Lottery) Software.
It's been awhile! I was really busy upgrading my Web site. Upgrade refers directly to the bottom line. I started to make money by allowing advertising on most pages at my site. The advertising is run through Google AdSense, as you certainly noticed. I get a small percentage, but it still is good money. Covers Internet-related expenses. Also, it rewards my efforts that I have put into developing and offering all the freebies you find here, especially lottery software and gambling systems. The work was hard and time consuming in 2007. Turned out, 2008 was even worse effort-wise. Among other things, I had to undo a lot of what I did in 2007! Plus, Google made some changes to their business, such as dropping one service (AdSense Referrals). Google has cancelled more than 25 services in around 10 years!!
I worked on this very hard for the past two months. I found also many errors and I fixed them. We can never say we are error-free. As a token of gratitude, I decided to release one more package of free lottery software. It was one of the software packages most requested by my web guests. The pick-4 lottery software was missing. Why? Many reasons. Here is one: I wanted to avoid piracy. My lotto and lottery software/systems are more and more pirated. I wrote about a few cases, included at my new message board. I have not been aware of pick-4 piracies because I had not released a package of pick-4 lottery software! So, what can I do? Let's strike a balance and release the missing pick-4 software.
This pick-4 package is very similar to PICK332, the integrated pick-3 lottery software package. If you used it, you'll be right at home with PICK432.
First, you need to download PICK432 from the main software downloads site. All newcomers must go there first to read all necessary information. PICK432 belongs to software category 5.1. Pick432 is a compressed, self-extracting file; 1.7 MB in size.

The downloading is easy, but the installation might be a little tricky. The INSTALL.BAT file was designed for Windows 95/98. The best method is to go to the command prompt (Win 2000 and later). Create a directory (folder); e.g. C:\PICK432. You can do that in Windows Explorer as well. Download PICK432 to C:\PICK432. Click on PICK432 to decompress the file automatically. Read the README.TXT file. For the best results, work at the command prompt in C:\PICK432. Type 4 to start.
Start by creating a pick-4 lottery data file (name it something like DATA-4). There is a data-4 file on disk. It has real drawings in Pennsylvania lottery pick-4 game (as of Saturday, June 23, 2007). The sample file is perfect, as far as the format requirements are concerned. My lottery software requires that the data (results) files for the pick-4 game have exactly 4 digits on each line; the digits are separated by blank space(s) or commas.
The programs in Pick432 require pick-4 data files of at least 600,000 (six hundred thousand) lines. Of course, you don't have that many real drawings in a pick lottery game. So, you create an additional file of randomly generated pick-4 combinations. The additional file is usually named SIM-4 and is created in seconds by the 'Utilities' function (application name: Util432). The 'Utilities' function also creates the D4 file: The final file used by the report generator and the pick-4 combination generators.
Next, you need create the reports: The W4 files. Function name: 'Generate W4 Reports' (press function key F3; program name: SUPRE432). You analyze the W4 reports in order to establish filters for future drawings. This represents the biggest headache for yours truly. People want gazillions of details on how to pick the filters (creating the strategies). I would need to live one hundred lives to satisfy just one user of my lottery software! I can only advise: READ, READ, AND THEN READ SOME MORE! There is a lot of information right here, at this website.
When you came up with a strategy (a group of filter settings), you can check how that particular strategy fared in the past. That is, you can see how many times the strategy had hit in previous drawings. Your strategy checking is more successful if you generate the W4 reports for 1000 pick-4 drawings. Press the F4 function key to run the 'Strategy Checking' function (program name: STRAT432).
You use the strategy to generate pick-4 combinations. You can generate combinations even without checking for strategies first. You just type the filter values at the screen prompts. The function key F6 is the key to 'Generate Straight Combos'. Program name: POWER432.
You can also generate boxed pick-4 combinations. The function key F11 starts 'Generate Boxed Combos'. Application name: WheelIn4. This function also performs lottery wheeling for pick4.
You'll see a special feature: F = the fixed reports (and also fixed combination generating).
The fixed reports in my pick-3 and pick 4 lottery software are unusual, as far as my theories go. The fixed reports are static. They are generated from fixed data files: The F files are always the same. Also, the lottery combinations generated by the 'fixed' options in pick 3/4 are always the same, if the same filters are applied.
The lottery strategies can by dynamized, however. They can be turned into dynamic strategies by applying their skips. You don't play the fixed strategies every drawing. You play them according to their skips. The most efficient form of strategy playing is 'under the median of the skip'. As you know by now, the skips beyond the median tend to be undesirably long (costly long, that is).
I know a few people who love dearly the fixed features of my pick lottery software. They want the same feature in my lotto software. Unfortunately, the F files for lotto would be too gigantic for our computers to handle.
My secret. I found the 'fixed' options to be very useful in reverse strategizing. I look at those filter settings in the F data files that show skips above the median. The chance is very good the strategies won't hit the next draw. So, I add them to the LIE files. The LIE files contain combinations with unlikely probability to hit. Well, everything is turned upside down — that's why I named this method 'reverse strategy'.

You will be up and running with these powerful programs in a short time. Then, you will — and will need — spend time on looking for strategies. You must start with this mindset: I am the only one who can find good strategies for myself. After a while, you'll realize it is pretty stupid to share your strategies with others, especially playing the same games as you! I did such a costly mistake with my horse racing strategies! Somehow, I made similar mistakes with pick-3 and pick-4 lotteries. I don't want competitors for the same prize! The prizes go down!

This is common sense by now.
This update fixes errors in two filters: VAL and SUM. The report generator was corrected to be in sync with the combination generator. The software was tested thoroughly by enabling all the filters, both minimum and maximum levels. The winning pick 4 combination was always generated — the only combination.
