Use UTIL-6, then Simulate data and genrate 7000 lotto drawings. Then combine your Data-6 file with SIM-6:
COPY DATA-6+SIM-6 D6
Now you won't worry about incorrect data files anymore.

One caveat: There is NO documentation, I have no documentation whatsoever. Hopefully, many of you will win big lottery prizes and will share with me bona-fide.
