• This post will be removed shortly (NOT! 6/9/2004). I just filed a complaint with America Online (AOL) on the grounds of unacceptable behavior by one of their customers, named "Chip" (ChipCasher@aol.com, Chip Casher). His message follows. Of course, no normal person should waste time with unleashed beasts such as the one whose one of the assumed names is “Chip”. His split personality uses several assumed names, both male and female. If we would pay too much attention to such an individual, we would, in fact, help him in his “mission”. His only goal is to disrupt, to disturb, even to destroy. We, the normal persons, should just use reason. And, of course, the justice system.
I still wonder together with other persons, bona fide visitors to my web site. Does Chip cause all the disruption on his own, OR is he financed? He seems to have all the time and money in the world. He hotheadedly participates in numerous forums/message boards/newsgroups. If one searches the Internet, one finds Chip in an incredibly large number of communication places. He spends a lot of energy (and time, and money!) to attack other participants. One roulette message board could not survive Chip's attacks. The roulette forum had to be shut down! The main targets of Chip's attacks are people with gambling ideas and/or systems. Why not simply critique the ideas and the systems? Why attack so virulently sometimes? The only other explanation is that such a person must be severely derailed! Otherwise, someone must be sponsoring Chip Casher! Makes you wonder...

My complaint and Chip's (repeated) message follow.

There is an AOL customer named:
ChipCasher@aol.com (user name Chip Casher).
He is on a mission to disturb other people's Internet businesses. I banned him from my BBS. I asked him not to spam me, but he keeps sending me emails (such as the ones below). He was banned from another message board, but he would use various dynamic IP addresses to break in. He caused the termination of that forum ("Mr Ooops' Roulette"). His IP addresses start with AOL addresses in the New York area:
152.163.....
We are kindly asking you to cancel ChipCasher@aol.com account. The behavior of
your said customer is troublesome.
Thank you in advance.

his fantasy and having it cost you.
I'm impressed.
Take care,

Chip's real name: Frank Accardi, accused of grand larceny in New York. He "committed" baccarat gambling with money stolen from the children he was supposed to tutor at home! He lost the money in the casinos, then he went back to the parents and asked for more money -- under threat! Misusing his Italian American name as a Mafia connotation!
