Some programs are 16-bit DOS software. They can run in either a 16-bit operating system, such as the perhaps-obsolete Windows 3.xx and DOS 6.xx or older; or, the programs can run under the 32-bit operating systems such as Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 (at the Command Prompt or console). NB: The 16-bit software does NOT run under 64-bit Windows Vista, or Windows 7! The good news is that all that lottery software has been already superseded by extraordinarily more capable and powerful 32-bit programs.
1.5. Ion Saliu's software is offered as-is. Serious effort is involved in creating and testing each and every program. Errors (bugs or issues) may still show up, however. It is recommended that every user tests this lottery software on paper, before deciding to play with real money.
Most 32-bit programs are text or character-based or console software. They are compiled with Power Basic Console Compiler (PBCC). They require the 32-bit Command Prompt of the 32-bit/64-bit Windows operating system.
The command processor must be enabled for Ion Saliu's 32-bit console applications to run. It is highly recommended to run these programs at the command prompt. Please read carefully the web page dedicated to the command processor operation under Windows XP and especially 64-bit Vista or Windows 7. The command prompt can turn into an enjoyable experience. Not to mention the extra power that it offers compared to the pretty but sluggish graphical interface (GUI), especially for huge-odds lotto games.
All programs and software Ion Saliu (a.k.a. Parpaluck) offers run on PC only (Intel processors + Microsoft Operating System OS: DOS or Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 (including 64-bit). Ion Saliu's software will not run on Apple Macintosh, or Linux/Unix, or other platforms.

2. How to Download the Software — After Registration
• If the link shows the EXE extension (or ZIP), simply double-click (or left-click once if you properly configured Windows for single-click); the Download dialog box starts immediately. You are prompted to select a download folder, if you had already created one; if not, create a new folder in Windows Explorer.
• • If the link shows a non-executable extension (e.g. BAS, TXT, BAT, etc.), you need to right-click on the link, and then select the appropriate option from the Pop-up menu (Save Target As). The Download dialog box starts immediately. You are prompted to select a download folder, if you had already created one; if not, create a new folder in Windows Explorer.
• • • If the link shows a non-executable extension (e.g. BAS, TXT, BAT, etc.), AND you double-click, then Internet Explorer will load the file as a text file viewer. You can still select all (Ctr+A), then copy (Ctrl+C), open Notepad or another text editor and paste (Ctrl+V); save the new text file with the same name as the link you just tried to download.
2.1. You will download the files to your local drive. In the Download dialog box, check the option Save this file to disk. Preferably, you already created a folder named Download on your hard drive. If not, open Windows Explorer and select drive C: (highlight it). Open the File menu and select New, then Folder. Type Download over New Folder and press Enter.
3. The Compressed Files (with the ZIP Extension) Need to Be Unzipped
Life is even easier if there is another folder on your drive: C:\Unzip. You will decompress all your .ZIP files from C:\Download to C:\Unzip.
3.1. There is another type of compressed files: self-extracting. They have the .EXE extension and do not need an unzipping utility. Double-click the self-extracting file. Choose C:\UNZIP as the destination directory to decompress it.
3.2. Nota bene! You should always delete all the old files in C:\UNZIP before decompressing (unzipping) the newest downloaded file. Download one zipped (compressed) package at a time, unzip it, and then install it. Finally, clean up the C:\UNZIP folder. Then you go back to C:\DOWNLOAD and work with another compressed package, etc.
4. How to Install and Run Your Free Software

4.3. The Search page of this website can direct you to plenty of information. The message board (New Writings in the footer) is a goldmine of gambling and lottery information. Just click the Search button. Type your query; e.g. lottery data files, or lottery filters, or gambling systems, etc. The search engine will return plenty of results.
4.4. Here is a tip. Use MDIEditor and Lotto WE or any other text editor/word processor to create an info file named SaliuComInfo. When you find on this site text of help to you, copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl+C). Then open SaliuComInfo and paste (Ctrl+V). Soon you'll get a file with a load of very useful information.

The software being free, it would only cost you some time to download and test. It's not an arm and a leg! You may want to download everything offered, as many visitors do. Then take your time trying or testing everything you got. You will find the same programs in different incarnations! Running the newest version is the preferred procedure. I also recommend you put all DOS (command prompt or character mode) programs in a DOS menu. The best packages are MENU.EXE and IONMENU.EXE (software download category 5.7).
NB: The batch-file menu will NOT run under 64-bit Vista/ Windows 7. Not to worry! I upgraded the menu system to new heights. I even included in the Bright packages the source code of the menu programs. They are written in easy-to-understand Basic. You can easily adapt the source code to any of your computing needs. I mean, if you are a Basic programmer! It is not required to be a programmer in order to successfully run my software — I know you are a bona fide person . . .

Version 2.1 adds the on-the-fly lottery wheeling programs Wheel.exe to the menus. Fixes a serious bug in Combine6.exe; the NO favorite numbers no longer generates the Largest+1 number; e.g. it generated sometimes a number 50 in a 6-49 lotto game. Fixes a serious bug in Wheel6.exe when the 2 favorite lotto numbers option is selected.
2.2. Then, any time you download a file it will be saved to C:\Download.
There is one more step. Files with the .ZIP extension need to be decompressed. Use for the task a popular utility such as PKUnzip, or WinZip. These applications are also offered as shareware. Windows XP/Vista/Win 7 includes a compressing (zipping) and decompressing feature in the operating system. It is very good — and it is free!
The final step is to install the application. In Windows Explorer go to the folder C:\Unzip. Look for files named Setup. exe or, more rarely, Install.exe (Install.bat even more rarely). Click on such a file to start the installation (setup) process.
4.1. After you downloaded, unzipped, and installed the programs, make sure everything works fine. If everything works as expected, go back to your download and unzip folders and delete all the files. Otherwise, those folders get really messy after a while.

That is, the user has the choice to generate lotto combinations with constant gaps or skips between them. For example, starting at the very top of a combination set (the lexicographical order #1), then step 90, the following combination generated will have lexicographic order (rank) #91,…, and so one, to the very last combination in the set. To my best knowledge, no other piece of lotto software can accurately generate universal N taken M at a time combinations. Most certainly, no other program can generate lotto combinations in steps. Furthermore, this incredible program even generates lotto combinations within a range of numbers and / or between two lexicographical indexes!
