Some programmes are 16-bit DOS software. They can run in either a 16-bit operating system, such as the perhaps-obsolete Windows 3.xx and DOS 6.xx or older; or, the programs can run under the 32-bit operating systems such as Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista (at the 'command prompt' or console). NB: The 16-bit software does NOT run under 64-bit Windows Vista! The good news is that all that lottery software has been already superseded by extraordinarily more capable and powerful 32-bit programs.
~ The latest programs are 32-bit software. They require a 32-bit flavor of the Windows operating system. This is the case of MDIEditor and Lotto, written in Microsoft Visual Basic version 6.0 (VB 6).
The command processor must be enabled for Ion Saliu's 32-bit console applications to run. It is highly recommended to run these programs at the command prompt. Please read carefully the web page dedicated to the command processor operation under Windows XP and especially 64-bit Vista. The command prompt can turn into an enjoyable experience. Not to mention the extra power that it offers compared to the pretty but sluggish graphical interface (GUI), especially for huge-odds lotto games.
All programs and software at this site run on PC only (Intel processors + Microsoft OS: DOS or Windows 9x, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista). Ion Saliu's software will not run on Apple Macintosh, or Linux/Unix, or other platforms.
2. How To Download The Software — After Registration
2.1. You will download the files to your local drive. In the "Download" dialog box, check the option "Save this file to disk". Preferably, you already created a folder named Download on your hard drive. If not, open Windows Explorer and select drive C: (highlight it). Open the "File" menu and select "New", then "Folder". Type "Download" over "New Folder" and press "Enter".
3. The Compressed Files (With The ZIP Extension) Need To Be Unzipped
Life is even easier if there is another folder on your drive: C:\Unzip. You will decompress all your .ZIP files from C:\Download to C:\Unzip.
3.1. There is another type of compressed files: self-extracting. They have the .EXE extension and do not need an unzipping utility. Double-click the self-extracting file. Choose C:\UNZIP as the destination directory to decompress it.
3.2. Nota bene! You should always delete all the old files in C:\UNZIP before decompressing (unzipping) the newest downloaded file. Download one zipped (compressed) package at a time, unzip it, and then install it. Finally, clean up the C:\UNZIP folder. Then you go back to C:\DOWNLOAD and work with another compressed package, etc.
4. How To Install And Run Your Free Software
4.2. A small percentage of the LotWon software users encounter difficulties in the basic areas:
The solutions are extremely simple, if a minimum of computer knowledge is involved. The user needs to read more thoroughly the "Help" page, the "What's New" page -- if this comprehensive information is not enough.
4.3. The "Search" page of this website can direct you to plenty of information. The message board (New Writings in the footer) is a goldmine of gambling and lottery information. Just click the Search button. Type your query; e.g. 'lottery data files', or 'lottery filters', or 'gambling systems', etc. The search engine will return plenty of results.
4.4. Here is a tip. Use MDIEditor and Lotto WE or any other text editor/word processor to create an info file named "SaliuComInfo". When you find on this site text of help to you, copy it to the clipboard (Ctrl+C). Then open "SaliuComInfo" and paste (Ctrl+V). Soon you'll get a file with a load of very useful information.

The software being free, it would only cost you some time to download and test. It's not an arm and a leg! You may want to download everything offered, as many visitors do. Then take your time trying or testing everything you got. You will find the same programs in different incarnations! Running the newest version is the preferred procedure. The easy-to-implement procedures will definitely increase your computer IQ. The fact that I am able to write this one-of-a-kind software is due in part to working with DOS and the now-called 'command prompt'. Make no mistake about it: Windows is but a pretty (even pathetic) face to the mighty DOS. Even Windows can't do many things BUT in the character mode!
1.5. Ion Saliu's software is offered as-is. Serious effort is involved in creating and testing each and every program. Errors (bugs or issues) may still show up, however. It is recommended that every user tests this lottery software on paper, before deciding to play with real money.
~ Most 32-bit programs are text or character-based or console software. They are compiled with Power Basic Console Compiler (PBCC). They require the 32-bit DOS or command processor of the 32-bit Windows operating system.
~ Network security settings could prevent running Ion Saliu's software. Run it at home, not at work!
You may need to right-click on the link if you are a PC user, and then select the appropriate option from the Pop-up menu ( Save Target As). PC users can also click or double-click on a link to start the downloading. Sometimes, if you double-click (or single left-click) on the link, some programs might attempt to start or run. To avoid any problem, it is recommended to right-click, then select 'Save Target As', then select 'Save', NOT 'Open'.
2.2. Then, any time you download a file it will be saved to C:\Download.
There is one more step. Files with the .ZIP extension need to be decompressed. Use for the task a popular utility such as PKUnzip, or WinZip. These applications are also offered as shareware. Windows XP includes a compressing (zipping) and decompressing feature in the operating system. It is very good — and it is free!
The final step is to install the application. In Windows Explorer go to the folder C:\Unzip. Look for files named Setup. exe or, more rarely, Install.exe (Install.bat even more rarely). Click on such a file to start the installation (setup) process.
4.1. After you downloaded, unzipped, and installed the programs, make sure everything works fine. If everything works as expected, go back to your download and unzip folders and delete all the files. Otherwise, those folders get really messy after a while.

The generation is random, except for one restriction: a word must contain at least one speech gene – a vowel, that is.
